Patwari Exam हाई कोर्ट की सुनवाई में क्या हुआ ? भर्ती रद्द होगी या नही ? हिमाचल प्रदेश में विवादों में घिरी 1194 पटवारी के पदों को भरने के लिए 17 नवंबर को आयोजित की गई लिखित परीक्षा में बदइंतजामी की याचिका पर बुधवार को प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट की खंडपीठ में सुनवाई हुई|

सीजे एल नारायण स्वामी और जस्टिस ज्योत्सना रिवाल दुआ की बैंच ने आरोपों पर हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार से जवाब तलब किया. कोर्ट ने 29 नवंबर को प्रदेश सरकार से स्टेटस रिपोर्ट पेश करने के आदेश दिए हैं.

हाईकोर्ट की खंडपीठ ने याचिका में लगे आरोपों को आधार बनाकर सरकार से स्थिति साफ करने को कहा है. साथ ही 29 नवंबर को सुनवाई के दौरान पटवारी की लिखित परीक्षा के आयोजन को लेकर किए गए इंतजाम से कोर्ट को अवगत करवाया जाए.याचिकाकर्ता के वकील विनय शर्मा ने कहा कि याचिका में लगे आरोपों को कोर्ट ने गंभीरता से लिया और सरकार से जवाब तलब किया है. अब सरकार को याचिका में लगे आरोपों का जवाब कोर्ट में देना होगा|

याचिकाकर्ताओं के वकील विनय शर्मा ने कहा कि राजस्व विभाग के करीब 5000 शिकायतें आ चुकी है. 1194 पटवारी के पदों के लिए करीब 3 लाख 2125 परीक्षार्थियों ने आवेदन किया था. राजस्व विभाग को फीस से 12 करोड़ रुपये की आय हुई है

Vinay Sharma, counsel for the petitioners, said that about 5000 complaints have been received from the revenue department. Nearly 3 lakh 2125 candidates applied for the posts of 1194 Patwari. The revenue department has earned Rs 12 crore from fees.
