(a) The above fee should be remitted on-line at any branch of State Bank of India against the A/c no 32311508209 (IFSCSBIN0002490), the hard copy of the Challan/ receipt is mandatory to be attached with this form, failing which admission will not be accepted. The fee can also be deposited in cash counter of H.P.University or may send Bank Draft/ IPO drawn in favor of Director, ICDEOL, H.P. Univesity, Shimla-5.

(b) The incomplete application form shall not be entertained. The prescribed late fee applicable as on the date of receipt of the completed form shall be payable by the candidate. Date of submission of Admission Renewal form and Examination form is as under – the Last date without a late fee up to 20.02.2019

(i)With Late Fee up to 05.03.2019 Rs. 500/-

(ii)With Late Fee up to 19.03.2019 Rs. 1000/-

(iii) With Late Fee with the approval of Vice-Chancellor up to 11.04.2019 along with requisite examination late fee separately. Rs. 1500/-
