The JEE exam has been conducted between 1 to 6 September. At the same time, on September 13, NEET will be tested.
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had said, the exam will be held on time. There will be no change in dates. With this, the government knows that the examination is being conducted amidst Corona crisis. In such a situation, social care will be taken care of at the examination center. Because every student’s health is important for us.
A senior NTA official said, “adequate arrangements have been made outside and inside the examination center to follow the social distancing outside the examination hall, so that when the candidate reaches the center on the day of examination, there is no rush and social distancing. Stand with distance while following. What the candidates have to do in the examination center and what not. An advisory related to this has also been issued.
The NTA has made many changes to the rules, from making the number of examination centers to providing hand sanitizers all the time inside the entrance gate and examination hall of the examination center, changing the process of checking the admit card of the candidates. All the candidates will be asked to go to the examination centers with masks, once they enter all the centers, they will have to use the masks provided by the Examination Examination Authority.
The official said that each candidate will be given a three-ply mask at the time of admission. Let us tell you, there are many areas where there is flood, in such a situation, it is difficult for the candidates to reach the examination center.
At the same time, the students of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh have assured that they will provide transportation facilities to them, so that the students do not have any problem in reaching the examination center. Alumni and students of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) have also launched a portal, in which transportation facility is being provided at the examination centers according to the needs of the candidates.
Metro in Kolkata is planning to run a special service for NEET candidates on September 13 to help the candidates reach their examination centers.
